Which company has my contract?

It seems to me that if I have business with one company that they should be the only ones I correspond with, and vice versa. Why is it that company A whom I supposedly have business with is not in contact with me? Instead I am being harrassed by company B whom I do not have business with. Where is my remedy with these bloodsuckers? One minute I'm writting for verification from company A, only to find that company B is now who I should make requests to.
My first mind says, how the hell is it that my info is in the hands of people I have no business with. I signed no contracts with company B. Where is the consideration? Where is the contract? How do I proceed? I suppose they are waiting for me to say hey that's me who the hell are you? To which they reply oh we are your new owners. I think not! I don't know who you are, but in the course of your business you know who I am, and I'm supposed to just comply. Hell no. In the course of my business you don't have any dealings with me unless there is a contract? Where the hell is it? Produce it or go straight to hell. I'm tired of being traded like a slave. If I had any idea that I had chosen voluntary slavery, I think I would have violently rebelled just for being approached with such a reprehensible offer.
I need a shower.

Lenders and Mortgage Servicers

That's the way "lenders" and MC "servicers" work. The lender, the one who "originated" your loan will refer you to the "servicer" for questions, since the MC is the one "servicing your loan now" . And the "servicer" will refer you back to the lender since they "did not originate the loan". It's the way they operate to keep info hidden and out of our reach.

They don't have our permission to act like that. However, they operate with the blessings of the gov. intitutions (IRS, FBI, HUD, OTS, FED, etc., etc.).

Our way out does exist. We'll find it by studying hard and taking small steps or risks at a time. Got a play their game, operate in silence, and don't let them find out how much you know.

You and I share the same experience with thousand others.

Do not dismay.

The whole senario is that the lender trying to mislead you in anyway they can so that you can be confuse and dismay. If you planning to discharge so call alleged debt, you better make sure that company A received the package as well as company B vice-versa. You have to battles both company at the same time in other to be in a safe mode.
