Okay Moving On, After 1st Presentment Went Out12/3/04 To Bank2 &john Snow, Than I Sent 2nd Copy Of 1st Presentment With Notice Of Faul In Dishonor &final Statement-defaul1/15/05 After These Notice Went Out I Received A Letter From The Bank Agent Letting Me Know That The Preauthorized Transfer Is A Fictitious Item, Therefore;is Non Negotiabe And Will Not Be Processed. And Get This If I Should Have ?'s Contact Treasury Dept. Or Secret Service Dept. To Present Complaint. I Would Like To Do Just That But Don't Know How Or Where To Begin With It., 1/22/05 I Than Sent Notice Of Default, Letter Of Correction &duty Of Bank To Process Instrument, By Notorial Protest And Nothing Was Done Or Sent Back.( Please Forgive Me But I Have Moments Where I Become Oh Ye Of Little Faith Cause I've Not Seen Or Heard Of Any Success In Hawaii Or If It Even Works.) But I'm Still Here!!! Not Giving Up, I'm Going All The Way. Okay So Than 2/12/05 Notice Of Assent/ Cod/ Ucc1/ucc3/sa/hhia/suretybond. Today Is 2/25/05 And No Response Has Been Made Nor Have I Received The Return Receipt, The Package Arrived But It Has Not Been Delivered. Anyways I Need Help Whats The Next Step I Would Like My Car That Was Paid For. Oh Yah Made A Police Report Regarding Car Theft From Repo Man And Police Officer Assisting Repoman, I Personally Didn't Deal With The Matter Bro Did, He Was In The Car And Repoman Lift Him From Behind Of Car Bro Called 911 For Car Theft Assistance &repoman Called For Assistance.when Police Arrived Bro Asked If They Were There For The 911 Call Made And They Replied No, A 3rd Officier Arrived An Bro Asked If He Was Repling To 911 Call And He Replied No They All Told Bro He Needed To Exist The Car, Bro Was Explaining That He Was The Secured Party And Hold All Interest And That Theyre Interfering Withe A Private Contract Something Like That Idont Have The Affidavit In Front Of Me Anyways The Rest Says Itself I'm Carless Still In Hawaii. So What I Did Was Send Copies Out To The Governor,mayor, Bank, Repoman Co., Hi Corporate Council,police Dept(chief),office Of The Attorney General,internal Affairs-hpd, Corporation Counsel,& File With Sos. Thats About All That I've Done Its Not A Success Story, But Its The Beginning Of No End. Please Any Help In Any Mistakes Thats Been Made And Need Correction Is Very Appreciated Always Willing To Learn With Help, And/or Going Forward To Next Step. Thank You,
