Mortgage Telemarketer Scripts

Banking experts, please help me with this project.

I get alot of calls from mortgage telemarketers.

Provide a line of questioning for me to both educate the ignorant agent and/or upset the knowledable manager if they call him

Weis????

A shortcut would be to simply read them from the pamphlet about "The Banks Are Stealing Your Money".

A short script from another angle would be as follows:

Ring: Hello

This is XYZ Mortgage Lending , and your name came up as needing a loan

You: Before I answer ANY questions from you, I will ask a few of my own.

First, will your mortgage company actually lend me money from your investors or other cash resources?

If so, Will such funds be in constitutional money, or fiat money?

Will your company guarentee, in writing, that my loan will never be sold, and that your company will ALWAYS keep the original loan papers on file with guarenteed access by myself or designated agent?

Can your company verify, in writing, that my loan payments will NEVER go up, and any overage will be paid by your company.

If they have not by now hung up on you, then the final question you can ask is for the caller themselves:

Do you understand constitutional money and that the company you are working with deals only with fiat money and that what you are being paid for is a fraud?

Then direct them to this website for further education.

System in a nutshell

Now let me get this straight about fiat:

Say, the U.S. needs 2 Trill in circulation

The Treasury issues a bond for the 2 trill

The SoT takes the bond to the Fed corporation

The Fed prints it up charging a fee more than the face value of the FRNs

AND also interest.

This cost then gets passed on to people who pay that debt off via the income tax.

Is that right? Anyone, Please fill in any nooks. crannies & details that I missed.

Okay, so does the mortgage wprk like this?

You sign the PN. The PN is not a contrct because there is no sig of the offeror, thus no evidence of a meeting of the minds(MoM) = NO CTRCT.

Because a check need only the authorized sig of the one drawing it up,
The PN is really a check that you are authorizing the Mortgage Co to cash in w/ the Fed.
The MC, behind your back, then endorses the PN/check somehow, and the FED via FedWire or TTL wires that amount on the PN to the Bank who now can record it as an asset.

Do They then loan that amount out with interest to others?

Does the Fed now have to print more FRNS up, because they just wired some to the bank based on their endorsement?
