A shortcut would be to simply read them from the pamphlet about "The Banks Are Stealing Your Money".
A short script from another angle would be as follows:
Ring: Hello
This is XYZ Mortgage Lending , and your name came up as needing a loan
You: Before I answer ANY questions from you, I will ask a few of my own.
First, will your mortgage company actually lend me money from your investors or other cash resources?
If so, Will such funds be in constitutional money, or fiat money?
Will your company guarentee, in writing, that my loan will never be sold, and that your company will ALWAYS keep the original loan papers on file with guarenteed access by myself or designated agent?
Can your company verify, in writing, that my loan payments will NEVER go up, and any overage will be paid by your company.
If they have not by now hung up on you, then the final question you can ask is for the caller themselves:
Do you understand constitutional money and that the company you are working with deals only with fiat money and that what you are being paid for is a fraud?
Then direct them to this website for further education.
