If you have a mortgage. Go to the site! Read understand if you can! Get in the program, it works.

When you mean done, does that mean that you have completed the refi portion and stopped making payments on that as well without any repercussions from either bank? If so, when/how long have you stopped making payments on the refi? Or have you just gotten the second reconveyance and plan on stopping any further payments?
Please let us know what the 2nd position bank does over the next few weeks after you stop paying them as well. Very curious to see!
