Ken Titus was sentenced to imprisonment on February 27, 2007 to 41 months on each count and ordered to restitute almost 4$Million The minutes of the court's sentencing are attached. After accounting is done, refunds will be made, but I do not have a timetable for that. As you may remember, the government seized 60% of the funds. There may be significant accounting expenses involved which would reduce the percent to be paid to each victim.

Is that 41 months for each count to run concurrently? If so, Ken could be out in little over 3 years or less. Time served and good behaviour reducing it even more and if he's got 40% squireled away somewhere.......? Thanks for the up date Cigs. What do you think of this sentence?

Perhaps the rest of them will learn something from this sentence. What about mortgage alternative, I hope they are not getting away with their scheme too. Thanks for the update.
