Debt Elimination?
I'm curious from those who have gone through Debt Elimination processes, are these for real? I'm not looking to Eliminate a mortgage, but rather about 4 credit cards. As of now, I have a darn good credit rating, would such a process scar my credit? Also, what is the best method that is real, works, is proven, and doesn't get people hauled into court by the creditor?

IN MY EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD PROCEED WITH CAUTION. THIS DEBT ELIMINATION MOVEMENT IS FOR REAL BUT IT'S NOT FOR EVERYONE. I'VE USED SEVERAL METHODS FOR ELIMINATING CREDIT CARDS AND OTHER BOGUS DEBTS. READ AND STUDY PREVIOUS POSTS HERE. LOOK FOR VOD (VALIDATION OF DEBT) POSTS AND START THERE.
IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW "MONEY" REALLY WORKS IN OUR SOCIETY THEN YOU'RE NOT READY YET. JUST MY $0.02 .

your credit will be scarred if you stop paying. the only way to overcome this is to 1) not do it, or 2) fight and fight and fight and fight some more with the 3 credit bureaus to get your "unverfied" accounts removed.

Bastian,
Some good advice was offered there.
To be competently certain that this is for you or not for you--I HIGHLY recommend you study and inform yourself on this nation's monetary standards and policies.
The hardest part about all of this is not everyone believes that the devil exists. When I say, "devil" I am referring to FRNs as "money" instead of just promises to pay.
You have to change your way of thinking and accept things that you were not taught. But always demand proof or you'll fall into something wicked with 3 letters (UCC).

I'm not understanding. Something wicked UCC? Isn't your CPN based on UCC that a CPN is a negotiable instrument? And as such may be used to discharge a debt according to HJR192.
What am I not getting?

Re: debt elimination
Greetings,
I was not sure where best to place this post, but because it deals with debt elimination, I felt best to place it here. A couple of days ago, someone referred the website of a debt collector attorney who was mocking those internet groups who were using crank arguments in hopes to get out of paying their debts. Someone sent Bill Bauer of Creditwrench the same site. And he has an informative piece by piece response to this attorney's claims on his blog, at creditwrench.blogspot.com. Scroll down to Sunday, November 21st, if anyone cares to review his response.
Sincerely,
truth

Truth,
provide the link for eveyone--thanks for the donation of information!
Sadie,
My CPN is not based on the UCC or HJR 192. The UCC is used as a reference only so they can't wiggle out of it claiming UCC crap. HJR 192 backs my note since it is public policy. The notary's endorsement is used in a three-fold approach:
1. They notary is a public official and their seal is more recognized and accepted in courts and in commerce
2. Their signatures are the equivalent of 2 witnesses
3. I also swear that everything on the note is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
The CPN itself is just a transportation tool in commerce. the note just transports the substance and the consideration. Look at it as a vehicle and my signature as the gas.
If you have not done so, I highly suggest that everyone take a business law course. The course is a very valuable tool for those that may not fully grasp the power of negotiable instruments and some contract law.
Furthermore, my signature is probably thee most important part of that note.
So to recap, the UCC does not back my note--it provides a reference to the bastards if they try to use that UCC crap against the note. HJR 192 is the substance that back the note and the signatures of the notary and myself (the sovereign) are the consideration of the note (the value of the note).
Hope that helps.

Ya all know something? I wonder why, if all this is supposed to work, then why doesn't somebody offer to use THEIR credit to pay off somebodies credit cards, then use whatever method they have to eliminate the debt for themselves? Seems like there ought to be some money to a program like that. I did some research a long time ago and came up with this site:
http://www.the7thfire.com/debt_elimi...ce_library.htm
They do mention a UCC-1 filing for mortgage elimination. I called them and was invited to a conference call for their "Droit Droit" process of mortgage elimination. While there I inquired about the lender taking people to court. I was told: "it's all about knowing who you are in court, as long as you know WHO you are, then you'll be fine". This was a huge flag in my face. They weren't telling me I would not be taken to court, but rather when I did go to court, it's all about just knowing who I was (Strawman). I hadn't yet gotten back with them about their debt elimination program though. Has anybody had any dealings with these people?

Good Job Truth!!! Valuable info for other members!! Way to contribute.
Bastian,
Your enterprising ideas on credit card elimination are unique and probably viable but, where is the responsibility in that method?
tranferring debt from one man to the next to effectuate remedy is not too responsible for the person getting remedy just having to pay for that service. The cost for that service should be more than the credit card balance that is being eliminated, if you ask me.
I'm not sure where you have been traveling on the net or in other forums--but I can tell you this---no one here is trying to get rich off of someone else's lack of knowledge and lack of understanding or misfortune. And our seasoned members here will tell you that throwing FRNs at a problem does not help at all.
What we do here is teach and empower our members to handle their own affairs with valuable information and resources. We encourage our members to investigate and stay informed. In turn we ask that you assist your fellow man who may not be well versed in a particular area of study.
this is not a slam towards your idea of credit card debt elimination but it is more of an assisting and encouraging briefing that I am giving.
Think about this...what if you learned how to eliminate credit card debt yourself and offered those services you speak of? It is possible you know.
My goal is to learn from others and teach others what I have learned so far. Also, it is to assist in a way of thinking that enables the sovereign to understand their power and responsibility as a sovereign. I'm not a legislative body on this website but I do have a decent track record of assisting folks as best I can with some moderate success.
Best of all, it costs nothing except a little time reading and learning to understand the matrix. I hope this helps a little. ANd I would like it if you did not view this as me talking "down" to you--but rather at you and giving you some encouragement and ideas.
God speed!
