Re:Auto Generation Form: Request for

dochand,

Have you demanded verification of the debt from the IRS? have you done a UCC3 search on your strawman to see if the lien has been placed against the strawman? is the lien refelcted on the credit report? Did you offer a good faith payment if the debt can be verified? have you used your remedy?

Re:Auto Generation Form: Request for

Hey Jersee!

Thanks for the reply.

Did a UCC3 - nothing filed with the sos.

The lien is reflected on the credit report - that's why I was asking about using the autoregeneration form for the CRA regarding this lien.

Have not demanded verification from the IRS - not quite certain as to exactly how (what forms, etc..).

Is this what should be done 1st - IRS verification?

Thanks for the help!

Dochand,

I can't remember the code off hand right now but you can ask the IRS to send you certified verification that you owe the debt. You are not disputing anything. You just want verification. And there is no form only substance. What I mean is you can just do up a letter to them. that is it.

Also, you have proof that there is no claim according to your UCC3--you'll need that evidence later. YOu should also ask the CRAs to verify the debt as well. Remember you are not disputing anything. How can you dispute something that may or may not be true?

Auto Generation Form

Hi Jersee. I'm new to the forums and I would like to know where the Auto Generation Form is located. I'd like to have the cra's verify items they are reporting.

ttimmons,

Go to the downloads section of the site and there are 2 types of forms there. One that SJ has developed and one that I offered as well. Either can do the mission you need to do.

have fun

the downloads section is located in the forum called member resources and the thread is titled appropriately. Follow the link in that thread and you have hit paydirt!

I would like to make a correction regarding a search for UCC filings. The search you are requesting is done with a UCC-11 search form. There is no UCC-3 search. A UCC-3 is an Amendment to make a correction of a previous filing. There are some states that no longer use a UCC-11 like here in Florida since we can do a search on the UCC site for any previous filings. Just thought that should be corrected

what if a dispute was filed with CRA, came back verified---can a person still go to CRA and request a validation with this form?

You sure can. They will more than likely either ignore your continued efforts or deem them frivolous. In any event, stay on course. I did get something off that they said was allegedly verified.

This is why I always encourage and promote the method of writing all 3 CRAs at the same time with the same letter and let them all see that everyone is being demanded to validate an alleged debt. This way if one deletes it and another does not----"Houston we have a problem."
