Auto Generation Form: Request for "Certified Verification"

<FONT face="courier new, courier, mono">I have added a autogeneration form that will generate the initial request for "Certified Verification" from the three major CRAs.

You can check it out here, and let me know what you think please.

Ok, I have updated it, I think it was messed up in the crash.

Try this link, it should be listed toward the top:

Re:Auto Generation Form: Request for

BTW, the autogeneration form does not include the code as Jersee's example does. This would probably be more effective, just so you know.

At some point I will find the time to update the form to include the code cite, and will let you know via this forum.

Re:Auto Generation Form: Request for

Sui juris,

To put teeth in the request form,&I suggest that&you cite "title 15, Chapter 41, subchapter III" in the text somewhere putting them on notice.& this particular notice is to CRAs.& This notice, "title 1, chapter 41, subchapter V" is for debt collectors.

hope this helps

Re:Auto Generation Form: Request for

O.k. guys I am new here so forgive me if this sounds silly.&But let me get this straight, because I have some things that I would like gone from my report as well. We ask the bureaus to verify/validate& a debt which they obviously cannot , then we send them a certificate of non response if they try to dismiss or ignore&our request& ?

Boxter,

No. May I suggest that you read the code. It may answer some of your questions.

Re:Auto Generation Form: Request for

Hey guys & girls!

Just wanted to know if this verification process may also be used for a federal tax lien on my house.

Would the same exact autoregeneration form be utilized to all 3 CRA's for validation of the debt?

Would the same cite be added to the form in this case as well?

What would the next step be when the lien (debt) could not be verified?

Any other info would be likewise appreciated.
