Thumbs down Where can I find the '"VOD letters", etc.?

My friend Sam was told by his wife yesterday that she wants a divorce.

He is unemployed at the moment and he has over $100,000 in debts, mostly CC.

I gave him this website as a start, but I would also like to show him where to obtain the letters and how and when to send them. I thought that they were on this site, but I cannot locate them.

Both he and I would appreciate your help.

Thanks,

BoyntonStu

Thumbs up Go to CRA/Credit Cleanup

http://forum.suijuris.net/showthread.php?t=1799

You should put a 10 Mil lien on him and his car, his property plus a court-ordered wage/SS garnishment to satisfy a private loan arrangement between you 2 because of the "massive" lawyer fees involved. Make sure that your payment arrangement is well documented in the event of an investigation. He can "pay" you back on a "friendly" time schedule, right?
Make sure your withdrawal amounts don't match up w/the deposit amounts when cashing the garnishment checks, etc . .

He is going to have to not keep anything in a bank account if you are going to do this.

You can always "donate" to your buddy who has fallen on hard times, right?

Here were some ideas a while back

Weis Big Heart

Weis,

I don't know what our Stu wrote because I have him in "ignore". But I see you are being good to him. That's grace, bro, pure grace.

Stu,

If you are in trouble, this is a good site to talk about it. Too good our older members. Weis is giving you very valuable advice.

I have you in "ignore" but you are not to be blamed for it. It is me the one who has to learn to handle your ways. I am may be in your "ignore" as well.
Some personal growing is needed here.

I wish you can survive this.
