Unsecured Debt Resolution Package

On the closed account notice that is sent to the CRA's, what return address should you use? And if your own address how would you word it?

John Henry Doe
Chase Mann & Hatt Co, Authorized Agent
123 Main St
Anytown, CA 77777

Because I don't know how the CRA's would respond to a letter from the creditor with the debtor's home address as the return address.

In this case I would use the address of your "fiduciary mailing agent" for a return address.

Since both the allged debtor and the fudiciary mailing agent have power of attorney to use logos and so forth, how about using an envelope the alleged creditor sends in the mail. I was able to open a billing statement without damaging the envelope. I think this would be perfect, and very authentic also!

Would you include a copy of the Affidavit of Non-response?

I would not include an Affidavit of Non-Response in your letter to the credit reporting agency, for that is simply a red flag. You may do whatever is necessary (as long as it is lawful) to create your remedy since they have failed under the law to provide one for you.

Good idea regarding the enveolope situation.

Ok cool!! Updates are good! I remember on the DVD you mentioned it helps to be a clever as possible. That is why I was thinking about using their envelope to send to the CB's. Have you had success using the fudiciary's address as the return address?
Once it's off, can the creditor have them put the file back on? Have that ever happened?

Jason,

In some instances no third party mailing agent was used(nobody with the same beleif system). One would think it would be a little funny to the CRAs(red flag) if the account name and the authorized agent was the same spelling. Any thoughts on how one would overcome this obstacle? Thanks

Jaylon great idea about the return address, it was gonna get sent without one, lol

Re-ality:

A third-party witness or "witness" is essential for evidence in my opinion. In the event you have no witness available email me or support for a referal. I know people who do this sort of thing professionaly and they are bonded.
