I think Heidi and people understanding money v. debt currency is the biggest risk banks are facing today.

final rule

Refusal for cause in the federal register

Departure of John D. Hawke, Jr Comptroller of the Currency

(listen to attachment too)

And of course people aware of how new policies are implemented through the Federal Register...

So I think the Readers might believe me when I tell you that I have never said banks never fail or they never have risks.

That sounds realistic enough for me. In fact I have been keeping abreast of the alternative to the final rule - The Basel II Accord.

I just want Readers to understand Bill has not only spun Heidi's inquiry about risk, he has grouped me into the presumed believable spin he applied to Heidi's question.

No spin about it. Heidi has been asked four or five times now why the 1,800 banks failed, and she has yet to come up with an answer.

hmmm... could it be because they made bad investments in the "credit economy" that they operate in? Frinstnce, "loans" that were defaulted on? And what about those banks that made all those loans to friends and family and didn't bother to collect "payments" on? (They had the power to make the paperwork right... it's only bookkeeping entries).

And let's not even talk about how evil feeds on itself and there must always be something like this to happen in order to keep the facade in place. Stuff like this is engineered all the time. Just like when you see a Judge actually get put out of office... they gotta have some fall by the wayside to keep their face in place.

Don't mind me... just amusing myself...
