Jaylon,

You may consider executing either a declartion or affidavit attesting to the fact that you did not authorize such, and as a result thereof, you demand that they remove the inquire(s) in question.

Do you think that will work with them, they don't want to remove anything from your report.

Talking An affidavit worked for me

The things that worked for me:

1) A email to all the bureaus reprimanding them for their UNAUTHORIZED inquiries (cc to the DOJ, FTC, FBI, IRS). I did not argue. I simply reprimanded them and said all my inquiries had to be ok by me via notarized affid. ONLY and sent by me ONLY.

2) Sent copies of my notarized email to their personal names ( they are all humans).

3) Filed an affidavit in my recorders home about it. Took several certified copies with me. They came in handy when later on the recorded affid. was "lost" and I had them to record it again.

4) Filed an IT complain with the FTC and took it to the local police office to file a police report. I sent everybody and their relatives a copy of this police report.

Inquiries were explained, removed, and I got funny letters from the credit agencies:

"Please, we can solve all our differences. Third parties are not needed"

They all sleep together in the same bed but love to KEEP UP THE PRETENSE!

However, I still have doubts:

Why did the police ask me if I wanted to press charges? They even insisted on it. So much that I did not like it.

Since I don't trust them and my knowledge is very limited, I said nothing and left the police office.

If they don't remove the items in question, sue them!

Inquiries are the easiest.

Try the following:

Jane Caveat
c/o 123 NoDebt Rd.
Smallville, CA 48953

To:
American Express
123 Bloodsuckers Ln.
Creditor, NH 12345

Re: Unauthorized Credit Inquiry

Dear American Express,

I recently received a copy of my Experian credit report. The credit report showed a credit inquiry by your company that I do not recall authorizing. I understand that you shouldn't be allowed to put an inquiry on my file unless I have authorized it. Please have this inquiry removed from my credit file because it is making it very difficult for me to acquire credit.

I have sent this letter certified mail because I need your prompt response to this issue. Please be so kind as to forward me documentation that you have had the unauthorized inquiry removed.

If you find that I am remiss, and you did have my authorization to inquire into my credit report then please send me proof of this.

Thanking you in advance,

Jane Caveat-Debtor

Credit Inquiries

What about debt collectors who say they have the right to inquiry, even though they won't provide verification/validation the debt is mine. They will not respond, just keep selling the so call debt....I have no contract with any debt collectors but they say it is for permissible purpose and the credit B. will except it, they except anything, even if it looks funny on paper they will still put it on your report and give you hell to take it off. What do you do about the debt collectors and their lies?

yeah!

That's the one that gets me ... the DC that run your credit to see if you are a "feasible target" my daughter got a letter from a DA and they said that "..in reviewing your credit report it is our opinion that you have the means.." now How in the Heck did they get authorization to run a credit check???? There is supposed to be a fraud alert and security freeze on the report so that this type of thing Cannot happen.

They are such lowlifes, and the CRAs are so in bed with them.

Let's keep the fires burnig bright for the day they can be incinerated! Yeah!!
