Post Certified Verification

Hello to all Sujuris users:
In my studies of CRA's I am finding the heart of thier sytem revolves around being able to provide "Certified Verifcation" of thier information. Before one asks a CRA's a question one should know the anwser of what elements are required to claim "Certified Verification" of an alleged item.
Please feel free to help clarify the process, elements, definitions of "Certified Verifcation"
Thank You - Trippingale

"Certified Verification"
My sources explain it as one of three physical elements:
1. A court order, signed by the judge (usually Supreme Court)
2. A True Bill
3. An affidavit of rebuttal
All being required in the paper, so they can provide you a copy of it.
Most often, they can provide none of the above.
