1st small taste of success

I sent out a Notice of Final Payment from the Unsecured Debt Resolution Package to Capital One and they cashed my check for $25. They haven't replyed yet to my letter though. What should I do next?

Anna Maria,

Others may not know what you are speaking of, for the Unsecured Debt Pkg is a general term so to speak. If a purported creditor cashed your check and has not sent it back with affirmative defenses then, as an operation of law you have created a novation constituting a discharge of the purported debt in question. Furthermore, after thirty (30) days expires there is an Affidavit of Non-Response which you should complete pursuant to the package instructions. Also, contact support@lawresearchgroup.com there are some new updates to this package which you are entitled to.

If you have further questions it may be best to email support or myself as opposed to using this forum for support-oriented purposes. Unless the SJ moderators consent to my providing of support on this forum, then I must direct you to our web and email support.

SJ moderators etc. let me know your position here, thank you.

J

I recommend the thread be moved to the Service Providers forum of the site. Jason, good tact and professionalism! personally I applaud anyone who has developed a process and offers free support here on the site--although they sell their wares elsewhere. As you know a lot of folks come here for answers (at no cost) and anytime you or anyone else are willing to answer those questions at no cost--are true sovereigns in my eyes.

I thank you for all you do. SJ has the final say on issues such as these but the recommendation couldn't hurt. SOmeone else may need to know this info.

I apologize if I've violated and terms and conditions of the site. I'll take any questions I may have to a private setting. Thank you for your replies.

Anna,

No worries. your question may help others. It is my understanding that SJ just does not want this site to turn into something else like a support system for other organizations and their products. SOmeone will learn from your question.
