Here is how the scam works. In the City of London, there are four Inns of Court. These Inns are private country clubs of the rich and have been around for 1000 years, so they certainly have perfected their techniques.

Their trade is deceit. There is a difference between 'lawful' and 'legal'. Lawful contemplates the spirit of the law and is embodied in the moral and ethical consideration of rendering unto each man his due. Legal is the 'form of the law' and merely means that it is written down someplace. It is quite possible for something to be "legal" and still be totally unlawful.

You buy a Bmer for 40K and the second it leaves the lot you can only get 30K for it. Sounds like a lot of worthless FRNs to me.

Before you get booted off the island (LOL) please respond to my post. While you are trying to muster up another red herring--I'm virtually packing your bags of crap for you.

You could prevent being booted by simply offering a solution or quit lying so much or admit when you are wrong when you are proven wrong. Just trying to help.

Jerseee, I will support what ever is decided by the administrator of this site. As for myself I am tired of bantering back and forth with his off point rhetoric. Bill has been shown time and time again, with proof, what the truth is and yet he continues to obfuscate and twist everything that is presented to him. He cares not about the truth nor his fellow man. As long as he is confortable screw everyone else. Like I said above, we have too many people and too many posts on this site to wade through all of the BS from BS. I for one will not encourage his participation any longer by responding to him.

Go ahead and ban me -- see if I care. It would be obvious to any objective reader that you all are so immersed in the conspriacy koolaid that you have lost all sense of reason.

As far as insulting the folks at Quatloos goes, most of those posters are successful professionals. By contrast, most of you here are dodging creditors, few of you here even have jobs, and probably the few that do have jobs are those involving changing brake pads or making sure that the oil is the hot enough for the fries.

So, ban away. From here on out the exchange of ideas can be with David Merrill, who still lives with him mom since he can't make a living on his own, and who has claimed that the "real" George Washington was killed early in the Revolutionary War and replaced as part of a conspiracy. Yeah, that's your intellectual leader.

This is the kind of crap I was talking about Bill. You can't prove up your claim by citing any authority. All you can do is be foul mouthed towards those that have proven you to be in error. I don't recall you offering any substantial rebuttal to my posts. How many other posts have you offered a substantial rebuttal to??

As for quatloos... I've been there Bill -- I was there long ago. I know, from first hand knowledge, just how "professional" those folks are. When they can't prove up their claim they berate people. I have seen the filth and that kind of stuff will not be tolerated here. A personal attack against a poster is not a rebuttal to a fact presented.

And look at your post... there ya go... berating all the nice members that have kept you entertained with discussion and given you sooo much "authoritative" information.

You believe that holding so called "creditors" to "proof of claim" is a "dodge." That is one statement that anyone can see through. You'd be surprised how the corporations that I worked for DID THE SAME THING. And if all those big money guys can hold creditors to proof of claim -- why can't other people? Oh... that's right -- big corporations have millions and billions and should be allowed to "dodge" their creditors -- right? After all, it's not like they can write a check and "pay" for the work they have had done or "pay" for merchandise -- is it? And let's not leave out the "Collection" guys -- hell... we might as well do away with FDCPA and forget about making sure these guys abide by the law. Right, Bill?

For your information, Bill, there are members here that are "professionals" in specialized fields. The chances are very good that some of us have/had salaries that would make you turn green with envy. But the only way our private life fits in here is by the experience we have had which we can offer to others. We don't come here in an attempt to "best" each other. It isn't about "keeping up with the Jones'"... or Bill Smith or any of the quatloos guys. The one thing that the majority of us have learned is that the guy that toots his horn the most is probably the guy that has the least to toot about. And, you will note that the members here do not speak of how much "property" they have or acquire. It isn't relevant to what goes on here. Like I said, this isn't a game... there is no competition to "out do" each other. That's a childs game and best left to children.

But, this is about "Facts" -- which you have been unable to provide.

I truly do like to have the opposing view -- but I don't see any opposing view anymore -- all I see is one sour guy berating those that have provided him with the "Facts". If an opposing view is offered based on something of substance, it is welcome. You have not brought any substance. Instead you cross the line. You have just been proving to us all that you really don't like it here... and have made it abundantly clear with your above post.

It's hard to imagine anyone contracting with a guy that cannot accept authoritative facts. Or, to put it another way, a guy that has a problem with "authority." "Fast food" is usually the only option for someone like that.
