FROM THEIR WEBSITE:

The company that we represent has a proprietary financial and administrative procedure of intervention with the financial institutions, resulting in the settlement of the loan, releasing of the lien and return of title to you. Thus far this procedure has been 100% effective. It's a non-confrontational way to insure there's no court issue (after all, what bank is dumb enough to want to take their own fraud into court with someone who knows the info cold?).

What is provided is practically 0% hands on for you. Once you provide the necessary information, all the work is done for you. While each case is different, and we know how to handle your situation, there's one thing that is required of you. You must be up-to-date, and remain up-to-date, on your vehicle loan payments, until such time as you are notified to cease payments.

MY SUGGESTION IS TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE COMPANIES. IF YOU READ BETWEEN THE LINES, THEY'RE TELLING YOU TO KEEP MAKING PAYMENTS UNTIL THE SCHEME IS OVER. THIS IS SIMILAR TO WHAT THE DOREAN GROUP WAS DOING. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO IT YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE THE TIME AND RESOURCES.

These never work!

Auto loan elimination never works because you have the car as collateral; even if you were to successfully dispute the validity of the "loan", it is duly noted in the papers you sign that in the event you default on the "loan", the car is as good as repossessed. My brother used to work for Ford in accounts receivable, and several times a day he'd send their repo man on "call of duty" missions.

I don't see how this company's process could be non-confrontational when the key position they take is that the car "loan" issued by the financing company was fraudulent. You'd have a better chance of paying a secured car "loan" off using unsecured credit-such as a cash advance from a credit card-and then eliminating the credit card.
