Re:EXPERIAN

Tora and Whirlwind,

Please be patient and allow the process to work. 7 days or 20 days is not 30 days. This is why I say 60 days.

I know it can be frustrating but, you must allow them their due process as well. Everyone knows that the entries are unverifiable so let their dishonor do them in.

Please be patient. This is your test. If you just sit back and think about it--waiting for results is the hardest part of all. You and I know you can prove your claim but, they don't know what you know. This is your upper hand.

Long suffering is part of your salvation but, there is stress that is put upon you by outside forces and then there is your own pressure that you put on yourself--the later can be controlled and the previous type of stress can be dealt with. But your patience is your trump card to winning this whole thing.

Re:EXPERIAN

Then file a claim against them for reporting false information. Accroding to the code.

But the important thing about doing that is you must have exhausted your remedy to reslove the situation and that paper trail that you preivously created is proof of their dishonor. this is where your patience will pay off. When you are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Yes, that's what I'll have to do.Asking them to verify the Tax Liens as real Liens would&be a trap.& They already know they are reporting false information, so that's what I need to do: File a complaint.

Re:EXPERIAN

I just filed a complaint&with FTC (online) on Experian.

If they give me the run around also, it will be time to file suit.

Re:EXPERIAN

It looks like I will receive no response from TransUnion or Equifax with regard to verification of the tax liens. They have ignored my letter of 25 days ago.& It may be because I did not send the letters&certified.&Tomorrow another letter goes out.&This&time,&certified.&

I am now positive&I will hear nothing back from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)&regarding my complaint about Experian. The complaint will be&saved for futher evidence.&

What a racket.

Re:EXPERIAN

I got a letter from Equifax today regarding the tax liens. They said, "Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding your Equifax crdit File. We are investigating your concerns at this time".

That's all they said.

Nothing so far from TransUnion.

Re:EXPERIAN

So, an unverified tax lien can now be reported with no effort on their part?
