Serious Debt problems, please help (JC4) elimination?

I haven't posted on here for a while, but am coming on here to inquire if anybody has had any dealings with this company, namely JC4. Their website is at http://www.2canceldebt.com/index.asp

I haven't been able to find anything on the internet saying they are a scam, but I am curious about anything that deals with debt elimination. According to their site they claim "The 2CancelDebt termination process has had a 100% success rate for 11+ years."

Now, currently I have a massive tax debt, a new car, a new house, and nearly $40K in credit card debt. I am looking into this if it's going to help me eliminate any of these debts. To be honest, for the first time in my life, I'm honestly scared. If anybody has dealt with these people with success, or have any ideas as to ways to get out of the mess I'm in, I'd be gracious for any help or advice.

Talking I agree with Roy Bean {gasp}

I'd have to agree with Roy Bean, because of the following quote on their front page:

"2CancelDebt’s termination program is a lawyer-driven, non-adversarial process."

In this Court's opinion, anything lawyer-driven is not worth the electrons used to display the web page that the above quote was found on.

*sigh*... k

I am so stressed about this, it's unbelievable. For the first time in my credit life, I'm behind in my payments. I'm racking up my last card of credit to pay off the tax debt I owe. But that's just the state (I still owe the IRS nearly $40,000.00). My only option appears to be to settle the debts and get on a payment program with the IRS. I honestly wish there was some way I could get this entire burden lifted off my chest, (I'd literally do anything) however, just getting married and into a new house, and on top of that, having a new car (part of the piece of work for my failed Offer in Compromise which... well, I still didn't have enough legal payments).

To the forum... which.. well... you people are about the only ones I'm completely honest with, I honestly don't know what to do. My house is tore up, part of a remodel before I got into this mess, my job will NOT allow me to have another job away from home. What I'd like is another job that I could do in my spare time from home that is REAL. you all here know what I'm talking about, a REAL job that PAYS, not no stupid stuffing envelopes sceme(though I would do it if it paid). I guess for the most part getting to sleep isn't easy anymore, and neither is basic living (knowing the phone is gonna ring at any moment).

They have to love you for admitting this.

I don't know how you found this board, but if I were in your shoes, I'd be doing some serious reading on this site's threads about debt, etc.

Let me tell you a maxim that you want to remember. A teacher here taught it to me, and I am passing it along to you.

ADMISSION TRUMPS EVIDENCE.

Your admission above has you in some deeeeeeep kimchi.

If I were in your shoes, I'd be looking for information to change my mindset, so I wouldn't make statements like that.

Just my opinion.

Bastian,
you are not alone my brotha! There are plenty of folks on here who are fighting to keep their head above water just as you. The hardest thing to do is get over the FEAR! In my opinion the fear is our stupidity to think that we can keep up with the Jones's!! Believe me my friend, this is a great big smoke and mirrors game! There is no Jones's! The guy who lives accross the street from you with the brand new corvette and speedboat is five minutes away from bankruptcy. The guy two doors down is on the verge of a nervous breakdown because his wife just filed for divorce leaving him with all the bills and a mortgage he can't afford! The guy around the corner from you is going to murder his whole family then blow his own brains out for who knows what reason. Your buddy at work who is all ways bragging about how much his stock options went up just found out their actually only worth pennies because the brokers sold 5000 more shares than the company actually had! And I can go on and on and on! The Jones's don't exist but this game called commerce would have you believe that they do!

This smoke and mirros game is called COMMERCE my friend! That is what you and me and all of us here were born into! In the bible it is called sin! In the Lords prayer he called it DEBT! But just understand that it is all the same.... MAKE BELIEVE! I know that it may be hard to understand what I am saying to you now, but if you really open your eyes and start looking around you, you will start to see what you have been missing right infront of your face!
Its called COMMERCE! The same thing that made Satan fall! If you dont believe me read Exekiel 28:12-26 with close attention to the words "Merchandise" in verse 16, and "Traffic" in verse 18 of any King James version Bible! I am not a bible thumper, but I aint stupid either! This is all about COMMERCE!

Start reading the forums here to learn the truth about this smoke and mirrors game! And most importantly understand that it took you your life time up to today to get into this mess that you are in, so don't think that the answers to all your problems are going to fall from the sky right into your lap! Learning takes time. Unlearning takes even longer! But keep the faith and you will prevail!

Steps to unlearning and turning your life around:

Step one: Start to understand and comprehend that "Its all a game"!
Step two:They tell you its for keeps but I ain't seen nobody leave with anything yet!
Step three: THERE IS NO MONEY!
Step four:You can't keep up with the Jones's!
Step five: THERE IS NO MONEY!!
Step six: Stop living beyond your true means!
Step seven: THERE IS NO MONEY!!!
Step eight: You cannot pay for anything!
Step nine: True value and worth are in living, breathing people!
Step ten: The value and worth you find in people cannot be bought, and even if it could, THERE IS NO MONEY TO BUY IT!

Bless you!

dashboy~

Mental excercise- what is the worst thing that can happen? You lose everything and your wife leaves, IRS garnishes what 25% or is garnishment 50% for taxes? ( according to IRS?) Would you be able to live through that. That is what you are afraid of. Face it and answer the question- can you live thru that? Then get mad as a hornet and start speaking to it. My debts are cancelled. Wealth and riches are in my house. I will get thru this, it will not take my marriage. Lay it out to your wife and ask her if she will go thru it with you. Look at the tax section. I believe it was Iamfree2 or someone that used a bill of exchange to satisfy the IRS. Then in the banking section there was some one that used Henry's materials to get rid of some credit cards. keep in mind that it usually takes at least several months for any entity to take legal steps so you have a little time.

Also get very familar with your local law library. There is a wealth of info there
Get to know the civil rules for your "state" as well as fed rules for the "tax'" ordeal. It is really scary cause they seem to hold all the cards, but they can be defeated or derailed just be careful about the paths you choose and also about where you might want to spend $$ to find answers. There are people who will take advantage of you in your ignorance and fear (I know)
There may be a ICLE law book for your state. or something simaler that these are a comprhensive series of books on the civil laws and even offers tips and
advice regarding different topics ( I'm still learning too)
Attorneys are scum and will not give you any of "their" trade secerts because their first alligance is to "their BAR Association" (I know as I have a "former"
friend who is an attorney who would give my no direction, pointers, help, whatsoever, and this after I had made him Numerous surfboards at the "bro" rate of exchange) Jurisdictionary.com is a good place to start to learn procedures.
Dashboy was right about the neighbors! everybody pretty much is struggling
and the ones that ain't, its only a matter of time
