Acceptance For Value

I have a question . .
In order to return a presentment accepted for value, one should have already corresponded with John Snow and established his/her treasury account in order for the exemption to be recognized by the alleged creditor.
Is this correct, or do you just need to have a UCC-1 filed?

That's the point

You don't hear anything from John Snow. You get the green card that the docs were delivered and accepted. That's it.

What did you expect? "Dear Mr Knight .. enclosed please find your new Treasury Direct Checkbook and passbook savings book. Feel free to write as many A4V as you like and we will handle them all for you and send you a receipt for each transaction we credit.
If we can be of further service to you in revealing things we don't want the general poulation to know about, just drop us a line or call us on the super-secret private line known only to those smart enough to figure this out at 555-XXX-XXXX."

Sincerely At YOUR service,

John Snow

Okay, that was all just tongue-in-check silliness. Not trying to rile anyone, But the point is, you did NOT do your homework before filing this stuff, or you would have know going in what to expect. Go back and READ SOME MORE!

Jaylon,

If you have some of Winston's material, he discusses this in there -- the how's and the why's and all that -- the Flint Seminar is the Part I basics and I highly recommend it.

Redemption and AFV is not cut and dry. It is a way of life and it is taking the low road at all times. I have seen it work very successfully here in Florida when it used the way it is intended. Do not expect to receive any public recognition or your AFV or a tender of an IBoE to discharge debt. Be very careful and study as much as you can. Learn from Jack Smith, Cyndie & Byron Beers, Winston Shrout, Barton Buhtz and others that have walked the path. Don't rely on any particular individuals teaching, but verify everything you hear. That is the best instruction I can give you at present.
