CORRECT NAMES
HELLO ALL:
I WANT TO POINT OUT, ESPECIALLY&BEING AS HOW JERSEEE HAS ASSUMED, WITH HONOR,THE RANK OF MODERATOR, I THINK IT APPROPRIATE THAT WE ALL GET HIS NAME RIGHT.& IT IS JERSEEE WITH 4 E'S.& I CAN TELL HE IS MUCH TOO HUMBLE TO MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF IT HIMSELF BECAUSE HE HASN'T MENTIONED THE MISPELLINGS SO OFTEN SEEN IN THE POSTS.& I TOO HAVE FALLEN INTO A MISPELLING OF IT AND AM SORRY FOR IT.
THESE THINGS I SAY IN A LIGHTHEARTEDLY SERIOUS MANNER,&

Re:CORRECT NAMES
I do have a more serious question concerning Upper/lower case.
Our state DL= Upper Case / Strawman
My SS Card= Upper Case / Strawman
Vehicle Registration= Upper Case / Strawman
Credit Reort and accounts= Upper Case / Strawman
But I get a letter in the mail from the State DMV, and they are giving me a friendly "reminder" about inspection, and it isupper and lower case.
What's up with that?
BTW, My wife's Birch Certificate is Upper Case / Strawman, and her SS card is Upper/Lowercase

Re:CORRECT NAMES
Here's what I got a couple of weeks ago in response to my question to DMV re "all caps" on license:
Dear Mr. V:
Thank you for visiting www.dmvnow.com.
Generally, the letters are capitalized for uniformity and clarity.
If there is anything further we may assist you with, please call us toll free at 1-866-368-5463.&

Ice, so it might be wise to reply to that in the proactive with a NOTICE that there is no fiduciary responsibility on you from the STRAWMAN?
Would that be cool to do?
Thanks

Re:CORRECT NAMES
You could send them something that refutes their use of the all capital name if ya want... I don't see any harm in&letting them know that you absolutely protest to having your given name mangled in such a way...
I remember seeing an affidavit about that very thing ... I can't remember where I saw it... but I might have a copy of it somewhere amongst my files... maybe I'll be able to stumble across it and post if for ya...
I'll give a look and see what I can find.

Re:CORRECT NAMES
Me again,
I noticed nobody had any thoughts about HenryBowman's Wife's SS card being Upper / Lower Case?
Any thoughts on this?...

Re:CORRECT NAMES
I read someplace that upper and lower case with a middle initial only is considered strawman also.& Given names are supposed to be full with a full middle name and upper and lower case.& I'm getting more and more things that use upper and lower case but with a middle initial only or no middle name.&
