Post Verification Letters to CRA's

What steps would one take following a return letter from the CRA's stating there is nothing THEY can do...that YOU must contact the creditors yourself.

Please advise.

Do a search

this has been discussed at length within the forum. Just a hint, why would you do their job for them? WHO is reporting this info as fact? YOU or them? How do they support that? Send them a nice letter saying you will happily undertake to correct their records as a consultant with fees of $x.xxx/hour -- if you do not hear from them within X you will take it as their agreement and stipulation for the performance of your services.

Regardless it their responsibilty to report accurate information and if they will not or refuse take action on your corespondence get some code and cite together and brand them as they are you.
