Thanks for posting this JRB. Its attorneys like this that should get the book thrown at them. Unfortunately, too many attorneys do these kinds of things and are never caught and punished for it. For the most part people do not stand up to these crooks and they have their way. Thanks for sharing this with those of us on suijuris.

Why Would You Not Pursue This Guy For Mail Fraud As Well?
Seems Like Those Charges Would Have More Meat. Curious?
Is It To Make The Appearance That Contempt Of Court Has Meat?
When It Doesnt Unless There Is An Injured Party Or A Contract In Place. Just A Question To Pose To The Authorities.
