Foreclosure with CRA
I had a foreclosure in Oct. of 2000. Basically a builder sold me& a shotty house that was not worth& the time of day, and I could not get out of it due to an "as is " clause &I signed at closing but I also could not live in it either. At any rate, the bank forclosed on me , and I have this summary judgement against me .I have been watching correspondence on CRA reporting& and using the VOD letter to help start clearing things up, but I think I remember Ice saying that judgements are handled a little bit differently. Anyone have any suggestions on how I might approach this? Or should I stick with the same VOD?
