I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I AM FEELING LIKE I AM DOING TIME,, ALTHOUGH I AM NOT IN PRISON, I AM JUST WATCHING LIFE, NOT LIVING IT, I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE A CAR, I REALLY AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS, I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE SO PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS ANY LAW, OR EXCEPTION, OR ? ? pls let me KNOW. I KNOW THE PHRASE ABOUT IT IS BETTER TO TEACH A PERSON TO FISH,,
THAN TO JUST FEED THEM,,

WELL , I JUST WANT TO KNOW IFT HERE IS ANY AVENUE I CAN TAKE IN ORDER TO BE LEGALLY ABLE TO DRIVE?

I DO APPRECIATE ANY FEEDBACK,, AND I AM AFRAID I WILL BE STOPPED, ARRESTED, LOSE MY CAR AND GO TO JAIL.

You might want to check on getting an International Drivers License.
It isn't as hard as it sounds.
Do some research on it. Hope this helps :-)

One thing I heard works and don't know for sure but you can check into it also is if pulled over let the police know you are traveling and not driving a motor vehicle you are just traveling, officer what is the problem? As long as you don't stay in the system and don't answer in words that put you in there it may just work. It has for others however I don't think I want to chance it just yet but give me time.

Raptor bought a motorcycle with FRNs and received the Certificate of Origin. Now this becomes private property. No need for a license with private property.

Knowing who you are is sometimes a process,Legalspirit2. You, as a human being, have an inalienable right to travel in a private capacity. You do NOT have the right to drive in a commercial(drive means commercial, btw), capacity withOUT permission(with a driver's license). Let it be known that pretty much ALL cops think all people must get permission to travel in whatever mode of transportation they are currently using. I hear some cities want you to license your stupid bicycle. Gotta start them young, eh?

Likely you will NOT convince the cop of this truth on the side of the road. That is an unfortunate reality. Thus, make sure you have someone you can call to pick up your car in short notice if you get pulled over. Also, if you get pulled over, do whatever you can to park on private property. The cop will have a harder time convincing a tow company to impound your car if it is on someone else's property....even a parking lot.

Also, you need to fill out a 3x5 card and paste it on the inside of both side windows and rear that says, "Private Car, not for hire, traveling in a nonCommercial capacity. No passengers" or something like that.

Folks, what else could LS2 put on that card for "insurance?"

oh, and drive perfectly as to not attract attention. Wash the car, clean the windows. Get the trash out of it, comb your hair, don't flip off the cop when he passes by and don't duck either.

You can pass it. They are just hoping you'll fail. You have been given some Cliff Notes now in your previous post. Use them. A simple concise letter just may send them running, or it may take three. But you must begin now.
