1. Proof of the existence of an account in the name of First-Middle: Last Name.
2. A copy of the actual contract between First-Middle:Last Name and CREDIT COMPANY duly signed and witnessed by both parties, (not a unilateral agreement) and upon which signed page there is reference to the entire agreement.
3. A copy of the ACTUAL ACCOUNTING whereby CREDIT COMPANY has incurred a loss of the alleged $...............
4. An INVOICE (not a statement) from CREDIT COMPANY for any amount of money allegedly owed to them by First-Middle: Last Name.

Please forward this package within 10 days of receipt of this letter to:

For your information, my STRAWMAN is a registered trademark and I have NOTICED the parties involved that I do not authorise them to use my IP.

It's actually a stamp that I apply to documents such as "statements" from credit card co's by scanning the original and overlaying it in photoshop before printing and returning it as a copy.

Where do you stand?

I went to your blog, and it seems that your outing squaliformes, but what about remedies? That would be more useful.

Are you really a 'judge'? If so, what court?

If you've got some information that could help, then share it. Don't just attack people, and threaten them with," you'll wind up in jail."

If you're a judge then please cite some actual cases yourself.
