THis statement embodies the essence of our community here. Neither Ice, SJ, Weis, Akira, Kgod, Squirrels, Iamfree, David Merrill, myself, etc... are here to benefit from the information that we provide.

Neither are other members who do diligent research or who are already subject matter experts, benefit from anyone else's situation directly.

As a community, we all benefit from each other indirectly. It is this collective effort that makes us formidable. You see, the bad guys do not know who to attack because our goal here is not to have one leader but to develop the leadership qualities within all the membership.

The mere fact that someone is interested in personal freedom, is enough to spark a flame. However, any success in any endeavor of the pursuit of personal freedom is priceless. Once you get a credit report deletion, a case dismissed, your health improves, or even family situations expelled through the use of the information here and due diligence----your confidence level soars and the best part of this whole tribulation was that it was you and you alone that had the courage to face tough issues in your life....and you succeeded.

All of this has been provided to you for FREE! this is what sovereignty is all about! Governing yourself and your life without impairing a fellow sovereign.

James Madison said it best, "Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives."

Thomas Paine made it clear, "He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from opposition; for if he violates this duty he establishes a precedent that will reach himself."

Jerseee speaks from experience, "Believe in yourself as God believes in you--and I can assure you that when you walk with the knowledge you have gained from this site and abroad, your strides will be more firm and sure-footed and your posture alone will send the message of truth and righteousness to those that wish you harm and strife."

Trust me, I've been there! This is from experience--not some damn self-help book!

thanks Akira.

If groups like Dorean, Victoria Joy, and a lot of these others were truly interested in bringing freedom, why wouldnt they accept a CPN or BoE based upon the exemption of HJR 192 for their services??? Seems like they want those FRNs as much as the banks and the gubmint!

The love of "money" is the root of all evil!!!

Smile Damn right.

You're 100 percent right Jerseee.

This is the place we have all been drawn to, like Richard Dreyfuss in Close Encounters.

He believed in something no-one else could understand, or wanted to.

The officials didn't want him there, and right up until the last moment, the government had him questioning his beliefs against their lies.

The others however, having recieved the message, and coming all that way, gave in to fear, believed the lie, and were taken away by force in the helicopter.

We are all here to learn, to share, to make mistakes, and to correct them.

One small win is a big thing. A bigger one is cause for celebration, because we're walking a path that the people who create this lie don't want us to walk. We must hack our way into their operating system.

I've studied this stuff long enough now to BELIEVE in myself, and not be swayed by people like Judge Roy Bean.

Rather than argue, I simply don't respond.

Today at the local mall I practiced my appelation firewall. A guy tried to get my attention at one of those credit card sign up tables by saying" Hi, how are you today?

It may appear rude, and normally I would say no thanks, but something felt good when I walked right on past ignoring him as he tried repeatedly to get my attention.

My mind was fixed on one thing. I don't have to contract or appelate with anyone I don't want to.

If we can all fight this together, eventually the breakthrough will come.

My successes have only been minor, although I did put a stop to a major credit card company, their debt collector and solicitor.

So for those of you who are starting out, I will give some advice.

Don't do anything you are not 100 percent sure about, make sure you have studied the actual laws, statutes, codes, court proceedings etc.

Know what applies to you and what does not.

Know who you are and who you are not.

Most of all you must believe...

OR you can listen to Han...

"Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side kid..."

That is unless of course, you are a Bulletproof Monk...

Peace to all.

Smile Not very smart...

Basically, here's what they did wrong.

"Manipulating property titles and interfering with mortgage loans with the intent to defraud is illegal and will result in prosecution."

I think everyone will agree, that Sovereignty is not about fraud.

It is about exercising our unalienable rights, and not interfering with the rights and freedom of others, or comitting "unlawful" acts"

Don't be frightened away by this case, and don't be surprised if it becomes an "example".

This is not what we're doing here.

The truth is out there for us to know, and this is a very good example of what not to be doing.

Honesty, above everything else, plus sound research, is essential before you do anything.

I can hear some of you shaking out there...that's just a little wake up call.

Now get back to your books and law cases and let's find some helpful information, instead of focusing on the fear that this case will no doubt try to instill in us.

If this is a space opera like Star Wars, remember, this is just act 2, scene 1.

Libertarian,

I have done a search and you are right. You do post in other forums--My apologies.

I just get a little wound up when folks appear to be supporting propoganda and then getting the anti dorean group crowd all hyped up over an issue that has long been settled here on this site.

Thanks. No apologies necessary.
