They thought they were smart and weren't going to get caught. The minute those re-finance loans started happening they were toast. Outsiders trying to defraud the fraudulent bank loan system aren't welcome.:-)

I will not explain, due to reasons that many have a closed mind, or they have not looked deep enough into the situation. Also, as soon as our judicial system speaks everyone cowares and runs! Part of being Soveriegn is to stand up be counted.

Anyone ever heard of a PIONEER. I believe all information that is here on this wonderful site - some of it is tried and true; some still needs trial.

There were some errors made in the Dorean process, but it is moving forward to becoming a great option for those that might want to get involved. Fact is that it is a Tall order to come up against international bankers, but someone has to do it.

I choose that battle!

This praise report is offered to you for your many prayers and much concern with regard to Scott and Kurt and their well being. Well all our prayers have been answered with regard to the matters concerning the 20th ALL THE CHARGES WERE DROPPED IN UTAH! Now to those of us Kurt and Scott included that truly believe...

That means NO WEAPON! If I may depart a bit to the "Naysayers" I would like to see how you spin the Fact, that Scott's been in jail as a result of the charges brought by Utah since the end of May. Likewise Kurt has been in jail since July 21, 2005 both without being arraigned, nor having a preliminary hearing. Neither Kurt nor Scott gave jurisdiction to Utah and might have been either bailed out far earlier than this date or terminated their stay in the Utah jail. Notwithstanding Utah had only the bodies and never had the people or were able to make a case. It seems to me that Kurt has been saying on the Blog that Utah had no case and being there would enrich both he and Scott's coffers.

Just to let all you know, both groups, our clients, brothers, and friends, along with the detractors from the outset when Scott was arrested it was on only two counts from Utah. One count was being a fugitive warrant, and the second was insurance fraud. When Kurt was arrested in July at one of his first appearances he got on the record the meaning of "fugitive" and was told by the judge "it was leaving a jurisdiction so as not to be in it's judicial system". Neither Kurt nor Scott had ever been to Utah. Likewise neither of them had an insurable interest in Utah. There were added charges that have also been published after Scott was transported to Utah, and not one of those charges was valid or viable. To you that know truth and believe this battle is spiritual and neither commercial nor economic. We do truly have our reward! To the naysayers you will remain the cynics and shall continue giving their lunch money to the bully. I shall devote no additional time or energy toward you. I do not at this time have all the details as to how soon they will be back in California, nor whether they shall be bailed or not. However I do know this is truly a Merry Christmas!

Au contaire. I'm pretty well informed about the DG process. Despite their legal arguments (some of which have merit) their mortgage challange/mortgage elimination process was a failure. Many people have lost their homes. Is that part of being sovereign too?

I think part of their problems stemmed from the refi.....they didnt come to the table with clean hands. I think charging a flat fee would've been better for all concerned.

Hey there Sheps.

My point was that at times, the rules of this site were broken and that's a no-no here. You've most likely witnessed some of this yourself, so you know what I'm talking about. Our Admin and the Moderators gave numerous warnings and some of these members refused to abide, and therefore, our Admin. had to take action.

So, maybe it was not them personally that are no longer not welcome, but their comments surely no longer are.
