Hello all,

Upon looking over the document "Respondent?s Private International Administrative Remedy Demand", it was noticed that where the respondent signs, there are two other places for two witnesses to sign also(pages 2 and 6), if a respondent doesn't have two other witnesses to sign the document would it be alright to Change the bottom of the document for& a notary to witness the signature instead of two witnesses? Unfortunatly,& there are no other free men and women around 2g to help in this matter, thanks in advance for any helpful info.&

2g2b4g:

The flaw in what you recommend is that the artificial-person TRADE NAME does not have a human body with which to sign anything, but the document you speak of is the TRADE NAME'S document, not yours (the actual man).& The purpose of using the two witnesses is so the TRADE NAME'S signature can be "certified" without the use of a notary (who would notarize the True Name’s signature), and thus produce a distinction between the two parties.

If you look hard enough you will discover two people that will help you—even if they live half way across the country.

JHD
