Looks like there may be another honest Judge out there, eh? Problem is they will find a friendly (corrupt) judge to overturn on appeal.

Even with it dismissed with prejudice, they still are going to do an end run around the ruling, those finks. Interesting reading it from their perspective,how the judge erred and "mistakenly" ruled against them. Its about time

their all gonna coming swarming out now! Hope there is a supply of bug spray to nueturalize 'em

The cert copies you see plus some other goodies are going out to one in foreclosure fed ex manana |

I am just wondering something here if any one can help I would appreciate it. I signed the mortgage/notes papers with Greenpoint who sold to Countrywide and was foreclosed by MERS thru the court and neither Greenpoints nor Countrywide's name is on the court papers and all my filings were fivolous. How in the hell can that be. This is the beginning since none of these hold the note??? None of these are the investor??? No one can tell me who holds the note or who the investor is but a court can agree to foreclose?? It amazes me and sickens me since my mortgage has a section in it that says if the correct party is not paid in full they will still come after me to pay it. The court dismissed that also as frivolous. MERS is a computer and not a note holder at all as we all know so how in the world can they have so much standing in court and can win without question from the judge???
You really don't have to answer this for I know why just amazing to me. Our legal system never ceases to amaze me.
