First off, Equifax was the most cooperative.

As you see my credit report shows different things on each of them. My Equifax has only 4 inquires where Trans Union has 7!!! Why is that? Isn’t there a new law that makes all of them match each other? What should my next steps be?

Should I do this now, or try VOD for 2nd time?

When the creditors respond/don’t respond, (give them 3 or 4 weeks) send the Affidavits & cover letters as the examples display in the following files:

Tell them that you want them to furnish the process by which they verified the accounts as valid and the name, address and phone number of the individual who provided the information under their full commercial liability.

This is provided for in the FCRA -- don't let them TELL you what meets requirements, TELL THEM what you expect of them to meet the requirements. If they do not comply, you could try again with a bit more forcefulness, forget it, or file a complaint with the FTC. Your choice. One shot is NOT going to accomplish what you are looking for -- neither will three or four, in most instances.

Is there a letter I could send, or should I send EXPERIAN AFFIDAVIT ? Do you have an example letter I could use?
