So, a trademark/tradename (used properly and not for vengeance) is a handy dandy tool to have. However, study, courage, and due diligence are the necessary tools to have when doing any documents that are used.

Jerseee, sorry for the late response. What I am referring to about teamwork is that although we have minor successes in the success story area we have no major victories. That is not to say the minor victories are not good because they are. We have people losing their homes based on a fraud. We have people going to prison for IRS fraud and I think of Simkanin, Schiff, Rose and many others. I am not talking about not working as team on this forum. Although we can do much better than we do; there is more teamwork here than anywhere else I have been.

There are good points and bad in every strategy. We need to capitalize on the good points and help each other to receive the major victories. There are over 40,000 posts on this forum, many of which are of no use and tend to cloud the real issues. Most people are trying this and trying that and getting nowhere, all going in different directions. This has always been the problem as I see it, and that has been for almost 15 years now. Many others I speak with have the same concerns.

Rose used 861 and Schiff zero returns and both are saying the other is incorrect. Both are now in jail too. Do you call that team work? I certainly don't. You have some over here doing their thing and others over there doing theirs and never the two shall meet. Instead of talking about how a process does not work, why not find out why it does not work and fix the problem? The other side is very good at using our weaknesses against us, which are many.

All I am saying is, in general, we can do much better than we are. We need to come together in unity and of one accord, which we are not doing. Like I said I do not follow one method esclusively. I am trying to use whatever process works and Redemption has its place in the scheme of things. Am I using Redemption with Discover? NO. I will, however, us it for other situations.

As I have said, we have over 40,000 posts in this forum. Out of those posts how many major successes can we attribute to them? How many posts have been deliberately placed to obfuscate and distort truth by others that infiltrate this forum? I think this is the best forum on the web, but I know of people that have left because of the issues I have raised. I for one do not like seeing this happen. Also why do we not have everyone involved in posting and sharing? Could it be that there is more confusion than there is understanding? Are we adding to the confusion or helping to eliminate it? These are just my thoughts and concerns and have been voiced by others as well. I hope this is received in the spirit it is intended.

Part of it is like when, Anna Nicole Smith was being grilled for her share of her 90year old billionare husbands estate, said, and sumed it up quite well. When asked by the plaintiffs attorney in legal jive if she felt she was entitled to the money she answered " I am not going to answer any questions, if I dont understand the legal MUMBO JUMBO that you are talking about". And thats where we are at. Legions upon legions of attorneys with and endless supply of gibberish to jam down everyones throats. We need some bar members who have gotten back their souls (if such a thing is at all possible) to start posting correct and precise stratigies to counter this endless assualt by the "bar" membership. Are there any "reborn" attorneys out there???????? They may not exist?

Remember that the legal system is setup to expect some sort of voluntary action from the accussed. This legal mumbo jumbo is used by bar members to help the system pretend it's administering justice.

You won't find a bar member who will back you up on this. There's a monoploly in the legal system. It's like the banking industry, everybody thinks it's the only way and they accept it.
