Remaining Honorable

If you have an entity who is already in default and making a claim against you what should you keep in mind to remain honorable?

If they contact you by phone?

If they contact you by mail?

If they contact you by certified mail?

What wording would you use to make a conditional acceptance---placing the burden of proof upon them?

Thanks for brainstorming with me!

Well, start off with "hello?"

Then say "Greetings from God our Father in heaven and his son Jesus, firth-born out of the dead; by whom I also am a Dead Man.

:: We are new creatures reborn in the image of god, the old man and the old ways are dead and it is not I (you) who lives but the christ who lives in me.
::
(between the ::, dont tell em that, that for your edification)

your brother in christ idknow.

One particular party is already in dishonor and documented through notary affidavit---however I expect contact from OC and 3rd Party attorney before too long and I want to remain in honor and not give them an opportunity to re-contract.

Looking for help in formulating replies'

One idea I heard ---on the phone say "i do not conduct business over the phone send all communication to me in writing with an ink signature..."

the next part is when i get their overdue notice/ default / collection letter---how to reply then...I know I must reply in 72 hrs to remain in honor---

if I issue a cease and desist is this remaing in honor?

thanks again
