I got an e-mail announcement from "the Aware Group" for an upcoming seminar on "Mortgage Settlement"; everything you need to know to about eliminating a mortgage-"legally, ethically, etc".



Anybody have information on this group and/or settlement idea?

I can direct you to the Dorean Group - or so could Montana - and they can help you. I just attened a seminar last weekend on their process and it was quite enlighteneing to say the least.



I also have another resource I am still doing DD on who claim to be able to help even if you are in foreclosure, which DG prefers not to deal in at this time.



I am not personally aware of the Aware Group - no pun intended - but don't mean them any dishonor by not recommending them as well. Just not familiar. Maybe someone else is.

IS THE GROUP DEALING WITH FORECLOSURE CALLED REDWOOD TRUST? IF SO, I'VE CONTACTED ONE OF THE REPS AND SO FAR THEY HAVE HAD ZERO SUCCESS.



THEY'RE STILL WAITING FOR SOMETHING POSITIVE TO HAPPEN.
