Re:Employment Development Department

Jerseee, thanks for your suggestions. & I sent them a Notice of Fault today, and next week I will sent them the Notice of Default, just to complete the process I started with them.

If I don't hear back from Howard in a month or two, I will probably just pay it with FRNs.&I can't take the chance of a wage garnishment.& With FTB lurking in the background I could get a wage garnishment from them, andI don't need two wage&garnishments.&I could be fired&with two garnishments.

By the way, I am reading the John Jenkins paperwork from his lien seminar.& He says that a thumbprint and signature is as good as a notary seal.&I must have paid $200 in notary fees last year.&

Re:Employment Development Department

EDD called&me today, leaving a message that&the Notice I sent them was invalid, again.& They said, "it is not a check, it is not a money order.& We have already filed a judgment against you, and we will garnish your wages". She sounded&like she was being forced to call me against her will,&and like she was holding something back. They obviously don't understand it, so...

I am going to file a "Request for Judicial Notice and Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Claim for Failure to State a Claim Upon Which Relief Can be Granted." I'm not exactly sure how I am going to do this, but I was looking thru&Griswold stuff I have, and that's what he says to do when someone has a judgment against you.& I have no samples to go by, but I'm going to attempt to write it anyway.& Once I send the 'Request for Judicial Notice'&I will get a hearing date and time back from the court.& We will then meet face to face!

"Paranoid"?

No way! That's being very smart.

You don't think I often add my little "disclaimer" just for fun, do you?

Oh, I sent you an email? Did you get it?

Re:Employment Development Department

I just called the court and it looks like I am going to have to do a Motion to Strike because&they said a Request for Judicial Notice is not going to get me a hearing.

So, I will have to contact Griswold for this.& I suspect& I will have to make a donation to get his attention though.&

Re:Employment Development Department

After SIX weeks I finally heard back from&Griswold&regarding the Summary Judgment. They sent me the same three letters I have already sent to the EDD!!& I could not believe it!& On top of that I received no comment about the Lien or Levy.

I recently sent them a donation for a Motion to Strike and if they send me those three pages again, I am going to SCREAM!! and request my&donation back.

This is nothing but irresponsibilty at its best!

Employment Development Department

AGAIN, six weeks and still no reply from Howard Griswold. He's cashed my $75 money order but sent no reply.

Two weeks ago I requested my money be returned to be because I have received no help from them, and they haven't replied to that either.

They sure know how to cash a money order but don't even have the decency to write and say "sorry, we can't help you".
