what about original creditor letters? - Actual info, not forum or DL referal

Retailers National Bank - 1300

Dell - 1900

Capital 1 700

Capital 1 600

Help me, please help me. California is a wasteland, barely any jobs and I have got to earn or I cannot pay these bills.

The VOD forms are very long 14 pages?

Capital 1 cards I guess I got online

Dell I got through an online application

Target I lied about my employer and my income

All of these accounts are past due and have been for almost 2 years.

The first thing that you need to due is send a letter requesting them to prove to them that you owe the debt since they didn't reveal to you that everytime you used the cards you were creating money, and they didn't risk any of their assets. You didn't have full disclosure and w/o full disclosure the debt is null and void. Give them 10 days to respond, and then send a letter of non-response. I think there is a letter requesting validation of debt in the downloads, I think. I know there is a template for the letter of non-response in the downloads. You could do the VOD with the CPN (use the 9 page one) for the full amount, and I believe that gives them 30 days to repond back to either reject or accept the CPN. If they don't respond back then, it stands that as tacit acceptance. Send the letter or VOD package certified so you have proof that they received the letters. Then send the letter of non-response after the given amount of time. Hope that helps. I'm sure there will be other suggestions from other members.
