Credit Card VOD question

I own and operate a mail order business (unincorporated) in which a large portion of&our sales are made by credit card.& My name is on file with the credit card service provider as the contact and responsible party.


I have a number of credit cards in my name which I want to pay with a CPN using the difficult opt out VOD package.


Does anyone know if my credit card service provider can be used to retaliate against me by witholding funds generated by our cerdit card sales?


Does anyone have an idea where I can research this?

Are the credit cads that you have with the same credit card service provider?

Yep, what Jerseee said. If not, the answer is probably 'No, nothing to worry about'. But then again, just read your contracts with these companies. That will tell you what they can/will do.
