Oh, no. Sounds like another truck-driver. It's summer-time and you know what that means, right? Means drivers are looking left and down instead of straight ahead. Gots to love those "seatcovers," right?

But do stay focused. "Focus, Daniel-san."

Re:CRA's have lost it!

Well here we go again.Trans Union sent me another reply which made no sense at all. All they did was send me the name , addresses and phone numbers of everyone that has requested my credit report in the last two years? What the f????? Are these guys stupid , or are they just playing stupid. How simple is it to verify or not verify&debt? They seem to want me to dispute which will place the burden of proof on the creditor. But& the creditor is not reporting it per se,&the CRA's are , & based on what the creditor has supplied. Which means it has to be verified , just like a news report on t.v or an article in the Wall St. Journal, right? They also wanted the name , number and address of the so called Credit Repair Agency that was helping me , for what I have no idea.

Re:CRA's have lost it!

Boxter,

Keep the papertrail going. I know it is frustrating but that is basically what they want. You are not crazy and you know exactly what you are asking for. they know it as well.

Stay the course and keep that papertrail. When you decide you have enough evidence of their willful non-compliance and negligence (according to the code)...start the complaint and lawsuit process.

Have fun

Re:CRA's have lost it!

Experian got back with me today by mail. They took off one item I asked to be verified( hurahh), said one was still being looked at and pending until 5/29/04, and the other was "reviewed" whatever reviewed means.Have not heard from Equifax yet, and I have to go back in the trenches with Trans Union.
