OK, Where's the post about pricing of CN Publication?
Actually, I am doing a TM (Trademark Notice), but I have looked for a while here, and I cannot find the post that has a couple good priced publications in it.
ANyone know which forum it's in and the title?

WHY ARE YOU PAYING SOMEONE TO DO THIS FOR YOU?& I'M& NOT THAT FAR IN&CTC3 YET, BUT ISN'T THAT SOMETHING YOU CAN DO YOURSELF?
ALSO, WHERE DID YOU ORDER YOUR CTC3?& I HAVE A BORROWED ONE FOR NOW AND AMAZON HAS JUST NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY WERE CANCELING MY ORDER BECAUSE THEIR SOURCE COULD NOT GET IT TO THEM.
BY THE WAY, ISN'T READING THE HISTORY THERE MORE INTERESTING THAN IT WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL?

Ricky,
You have to have your notice publicized in a Newspaper to accomplish common law trademark or copyright.
And it has to be a newspaper of General publication, meaning that it has to have regular circulation.
Thus the reason for paying someone to do this. I spoze one could do this if they owned their own newspaper, but I sold mine. ;)
