Non-Nogotiable Instrument

Is it possible that a non-negotiable instrument be accepted for value?

greg,

non-negotiable simply means that no other party can be part of the contract.& So I am not sure about accepted for value.

Re:Non-Nogotiable Instrument

The reason I asked is because I get junk mail(checks $275,000.00) every single day. I thought if I accepted it for value and sent it back to them, they would stop sending the stuff.

Thanks Jerseee!

send a Trademark Notice of the use of your property with a cover letter stating the terms of your contract and send it certified return receipt.

It may be very costly to do this but, I am just giving you an option.

Think about this.....you name is your property--the mailing list companies that are selling your name are violating your contract.& Put the mailing list company on notice--this can help.& Or just get a separate mailing address and use that.

Re:Non-Nogotiable Instrument

In your cover letter with NbWC you could request information as to how your name ended up on their list... after all, if they bought a mailing list that contained your name then the entity they bought it from has also violated your copyright.

If we act as though we know what we are doing... they may come to understand that we say what we mean and mean what we say.

If the check has a signature on it deposit it , and see what happens then. This is just for fun. But somewhere on here there is an article of Nogotiable Instrument and what it takes to make it legal--Signature.

Charlene,

No, it doesn't have a signature....wait, I think I have one here.

YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED, then it states $196,625.00 in the form of a check. "One simple phone call and you're on the way to Financial Freedom! "

Hey, sounds like an offer to me!

hahahahaha
