Equity Line

Ok, I am starting to see that secured loans, like an equity line, may be more challenging to discharge.

I am really wanting to know the difference in approaches between secured versus unsecured credit.

Do I do the 14 pg VOD w/CPN for a secured loan, or unsecured, etc.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

HB

Re:Equity Line

You have just asked the million dollar question.& There are people all over this country trying to figure out how to successfully eliminate secured debt such as auto loans and mortgages.& I am not sure if you were a member of this forum when we talked about Oxford Trust and their mortgage elimination process.& I have been through it and it was sucessful.& As I don't want to get into another battle of opinion on this process, I won't go into it on the forum.& However, if you, or anybody else, is&interested in having your mortgages discharged, send me a personal e-mail and I will share with you what I know.&

I can tell you that not having a mortgage has set me free.& Since going through this process I have realized that the true nature of the FRB is to keep us in bondage through out debt so that we are too busy working to figure out what our rights are and assert them.& This has gone way beyond a financial thing for me.& I now feel that I have a very personal responsibility to tell others what I have learned.

Anyway, I will be glad to share with anybody how to go through this process.

Later,
Sara-Jane
