HOLY CRAP! I got it!

OK, I should have "got it" a while back, but my brain is overloaded with the BS from a lot of "paytriots" .

I just realized that, not only did I give the bank trustee my house when I signed the deed of trust, I also got scammed by him turning my note into money to fund the loan!

Those Bastards!

Do I allude to the fact that I know their fraudulent deal or do I save that for later?

Why bother telling them you know? I don't think it's worth it unless you use that info to get them to admit to it. I've heard some people have gotten banks/mortgage cos. to reconvey properties rather than have the fraud exposed in court.

Now that's something I want to know more about! Can you get me any info on it?

Thanks!

hehehehe...

I love it when the wheels turn and everything starts "clicking".

A little bit of reading the "small print" opens up a lot of doors... don't it?

HenryBowman:

I suppose you could ask them to prove:

1. they loaned you the funds for the "loan",

2. prove how they would be damaged should you discontinue payments (proof of loss as is done in insurance)

3. prove they provided full disclosure of the above and other facts (clean hands).

If they didn't provide it within a certain amount of time, then they'd agree they did commit fraud. This evidence could then be taken to court. I'm not sure of the details of all this, but I think the process would be something like this.

YEah well when you realize just how stupid we were than what? If you didn't agree to there terms you would not be in a home to begin with which is the sad thing about it and they know it. Now if I would of known then what I know now (should of, would of, could of) I would of signed both copies even the one they said not to allow us to sign to sign only one copy. I should of read the writing on the wall but we just didn't know and now we do so we go from here. That is all we can do and try to educate others as they have done for us. God Bless

HOLY CRAP! I got it!

why won't they let you sign both copies (never had a mortgage/"owned" a house)? is it because then there would be 2 promissory notes?

HOLY CRAP! I got it!

Now I'm confused. When I roiginally terminated all of my CC about 4 years ago I sent them all letters telling them that they had not given me full disclosure, and that withholding information voided the contract, and that was why I was terminating the loans and requesting verification of the loans. I did state that I wsn't refusing to pay, and gave them a certain amount of time to verify the loans. Of course none of them did. Was I wrong to tell them that it had come to my attention that they had withheld important information?
