Re:Banks v IRS????
I hear ya, they make my blood boil too.
But I like to do the same to them... just send them some of that contradictory code and ask them which one they want to follow today... see if that gets a rise out of 'em.
Anything that I can do to tick them off... I'm game.& Making their blood boil would make my day.

Re:Banks v IRS????
Someone's opinion of the above from a yahoogroup:
To say, "FRN's are exempt from taxation," is to imply they were taxable to begin with.
I thought the FRN's were just the medium by which value is conferred?
Or, more specifically and to the point, I thought the FRN's were just the medium by which any tax duty is paid.
An impost on widgets coming into this country is on the widgets.& The manner in which the impost is settled is through FRN's.& (Approximately speaking.)
And lastly, please note your definition below in Title 12, "OBLIGATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES" and your definition in Title 31, "OBLIGATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" may not be the same thing.
For example, does Title 12 define "for the purposes of this title" what "obligations" mean and what the "United States" means?
Additionally, does Title 31 define "for the purposes of this title" what "obligations" mean and what the "United States Government" means?
And lastly (this time I mean it), in your offer of argument, is "UNITED STATES"& the same as "UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT"?
But thanks for trying.& Hang in there.
All the best.

Hey, Tora....
Oh, *I* get your point and I know exactly what you're saying.& It's "they" that either don't get and don't care, or do get and don't care. Either way, they don't care about such things as "truth."&
I'm simply suggesting that attempting to "educate" "them" about their laws and rules and regulations is an exercise in futitility simply&because of the inherent contradictions they've put into place.

Re:Banks v IRS????
Tora,
Did you check the definitions... you might be surprised if you did.
And let us remember that in regards to State or Federal Tax... they are attempting to TAX FRN's.& That is what I received and that is what they are taxing.& When you think about it, FRN's are exempt from taxation because of HJR 192... our remedy.
We are still the creditors.

I am not familar with Exhibits being attached to UCC-1 packages like you would send to the FTB.& If&your Exhibit is not too extensive can you share with us how it reads?

nraelian:
The exhibits&used with the UCC-1 are unique to&the Howard Griswold product (UCC-1 SECURITY AGREEMENT/INDEMNITY BOND).& One of the exhibits is a copy of:& (to show that FRNs are obligations of the United States)
Title 12, Chapter 3, Subchapter XII
Sec. 411. - Issuance to reserve banks; nature of obligation; redemption
Federal reserve notes, to be issued at the discretion of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the purpose of making advances to Federal reserve banks through the Federal reserve agents as hereinafter set forth and for no other purpose, are authorized. The said notes shall be obligations of the United States and shall be receivable by all national and member banks and Federal reserve banks and for all taxes, customs, and other public dues. They shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand at the Treasury Department of the United States, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, or at any Federal Reserve bank.

Re:Banks v IRS????
Thanks Tora
My UCC filings are from what was the TSN and are probably different.
These Exhibits are not filed with the SoS are they?
That is, I thought the SoS is only interested in Creditor/DEBTOR information for UCC filings.

No the exhibits aren't filed with the SoS.& I attach the exihibits when I "assign partial&interest"&from the indemnity bond agreement to discharge a debt.& I cannot explain this to you.. you would have to see and read everything to understand it.&
Howard Griswold does not advertise his&product&like&other pay-triots do. I bought his product "blindly"¬ knowing anything about it.& I just heard him talk over the radio about it, and I liked it, so I&bought it.&He doesn't have any educational&information about&what it is, or how it works.&
I talked to Howard over the phone about six months ago,&and I told him IRS and FTB were rejecting&his product& (the&"assignment of interest") and&he couldn't explain&to me why they were doing it.& He said, it must be an idiot over there at IRS or FTB who is rejecting it.&But recently (within the last 2 weeks) I figured it out.&I was reading&an affidavit someone sent me, and there was sentence in it that&totally enlightened me as to why the government agencies were&rejecting it, and it even enlightened me as WHY&I was sending to anyone.&All this time (about a year), and I never&really understood it, until now.& Sheesh...& I don't know whether he assumes that people know what&they've got&or&what,&but, if you want his product you have buy it&blindly.&I used to sell his product for him by telling people about it,&but I've stopped doing that.. it's his job, not mine.&
He doesn't&even tell you that in order to get his help (fast) you should&make a donation. That (make a donation) also recently occured to me.&

Tora
It sounds like you will be making a change to your paperwork or process.& I do not plan to purchase&Howard's&products in the near future, unless of course you discover a "silver bullet" and share your success on the forum.
Thanks again for all the information.& I of course cannot speak for anyone else on the forum but, I really appreciate everything.
