For those who haven't seen it, the idea is to sue in your local small claims for violations of the FCRA, at $1000 per violation.

You will serve the registered agent for the CRA, and at the same time send a settlement offer letter, stating that you will drop the suit if they simply remove the derogatory info. Since they don't want to bother with legal fees, they supposedly will settle in this fashion most the time.

I am working on a private administrative remedy with the CRAs, and am about to discover whether it is effective or not. Expect to hear something on this within the next few weeks.

Regards,

Sui Juris

Have you gotten any results ,that i may be able to use in getting the CRA to delete information,I could not get creditors to verify/validate, the debt but, the CRA said they have been verified and they will not delete. So I am ready to sue the CRA and show the court that I requested verification/validation for the alleged creditors and they diid not respond., any other suggestions on how to get them to comply?

thanks
