NIce to think of me Rushpat.
Its a good letter but a bit standoffish.& I would not deny anything in writing until I have proof.&
For example, when the author of that letter says, I am not this nor am I that...they in effect create an argument which give the opposing side room to manuever and avoid verification through slight of hand tactics.
Remember, when a dispute occurs or the author uses the term 'dispute'; then they are not demanding verification.& they are disputing the terms of the contract or agreement.
Overall, a nice forceful, brief, precise, concise, piece of correspondence.
