CPN Question

Hi again all,

I'm new to this site, but have been reading many post here carefully. Please keep in mind that I'm very new to all this, so forgive me if I ask a dumb question. About CPN's, what would happen if I just sent my credit card company a CPN for the entire alleged debt? Would they refuse it? Would they accept it and then demand that I satisfy it by paying up? Of course, I could send the VOD w/ CPN, but it looks like they would just disregard anyway. Just thinking outloud here; any replies would be most appreciated. Thanks,

Brent

Re:CPN Question

The CPN is payment in itself, as there is no lawful money in circulation anymore. What we call dollars are really just Federal Reserve Notes which are also promises to pay.

Jump into the download sections and read up on HJR 192. Also, do a search for that in the forums.

Re:CPN Question

Right, but the question is, will they accept the CPN as payment? Can I make them accept it? Has anyone done this?

Thanks again,

Brent

Re:CPN Question

Brent,

Welcome to the Forum.

No one on this site are agents for any CC companies so they cannot tell you whether or not a CC company will accept or refuse something.

But to answer your question correctly, once you send the VOD to the CC company and you receive your return receipt that it has been accepted...the debt is satisfied.

NOw you will&be met with&resistance, threats, phone calls and the like but keep in mind that you are in honor and do not talk about an alleged debt over the phone.

And I have done it more than once.

Re:CPN Question

Brent,

If they accept it, you just&discharged your previous (fraudulent) contract&obligation with a bona fide new one.& You created the instrument and will be liable for it.

Re:CPN Question

OK, I'm a little confused.

Jerseee, are you talking about the VOD or the CPN? I know that they are supposed to go together, but I was talking about just sending the CPN by itself.

Here's a question: If a CC will accept CPN as payment, then squirrels is right: they just discharged a fraudulent contract and replaced it with a bona fide one. However, what if one were to just continue sending CPNs as payment for the previous CPN.

I realize that there is no "money" anymore, meaning that even FRN are only promises to pay. So basically everything - FRN, CPN, Credit Card, Checks and so forth are not backed by anything expect credit. So in other words, gold and precious metals have been replaced by credit. In our system, EVERYTHING is back by credit, right? So why not just keep sending CPNs& to the CC as payment, seeing how we CAN back them up with our credit. And doesn't the CC company legally have to accecpt anything that they can convert into currenty? And we know that they can convert a promissory note, they do it all the time. Therefore, they are required to accept it, or the debt is discharged.

Please offer advice everyone; I am very new to this, and so I realize that I may be WAY off track.

Thanks to all, and God bless,

Brent

Re:CPN Question

Brent,

You are not way off track but, a little derailed.

First off, FRN's are backed by the faith of the people.& As soon as you lose faith in the ability of the dollar it is worthless.& CPNs, BoEs and such things are backed by public policy.& The use of these instruments are used to convey that policy when the policy is stated in the note.

YOu as a human being have unlimited credit.& This makes you the true creditor since you create the energy needed in the first place.& If you did not exist--then they could not harrass and swindle you out of your wealth.

Now, you need to study a little more to grasp the full power that you have as a creditor.& It is fiscally irresponsible to continually send a CPN to a creditor.& If you know they can convert it--then why would you allow them to enrich themselves and then tell you that that particular form a payment is not accepted?& If this is the case then they should send it back.

And the reason you want to do the VOD is self explanitory.& "Validation of Debts (VoD)"& A debt must have certified verification before they start talking about monthly payments.& The reason the CPN goes with it is two fold:

1. It keeps you in honor (most important)

2. If they can verify the debt--they have payment in full.& If they can't verify the debt--then they should return the CPN and VOD with a statement as to why it is unacceptable.&

i hope this clears things up for you.& But diligent study is needed before passing any test.& Now unless you plan to fail, then you are on the right track.&

Have fun Brent :-)

Re:CPN Question

May I be so bold as to ask how much it was for, and how it all played out?
