I would like to clean up my report, what steps should I take.

1. I want to get my credit reports from all 3 reporting agencies.

2. I would like to remove any negative accounts or any account that is affecting my credit rating.



What are the appropriate forms and steps I should take to do this?



Please point me to a form that I can use for step one and step 2.
