If not FRN's, then what?

I have been studying the redemption process for about 2 years off an on. I guess the one thing that turned me off the first time I started studying it was the whole acceptance for value thing. I don't understand it fully and have a lot more reading to do on it...

And if FRN's are instruments of debt, and one declares their sovereignity my question is: What does the sovereign use to operate in in the marketplace? How does one purchase goods and pay for utilities, etc? Does the sovereign still use the FRN's? It doesn't sound like it to me. If there is an article that clearly defines it, could you please link me there!?! Or would someone please explain!?!

juststartingout,

One very basic thing you need to remember, as the Secured Party (Creditor) you are not the STRAWMAN (DEBTOR). You need to separate the two. The STRAWMAN is the one that uses FRNs not the Secured Party.

When you go to the store to buy groceries, or you buy gasoline, or whatever the case may be using FRNs does not pose a problem when paying in cash. The problem comes in when the STRAWMAN enters into a credit situation when buying a home, getting a credit card, etc. The best thing is not to enter into any debt situation, but if one does the Secured Party does have remedy by way of VOD, CPN, BOE, etc. Keep studying and continue to ask questions Do you have CTC3, as that is a great start in the learning process.

Also you should check out Norfed.com. They deal in gold backed currency. Great resource!

There are some on this site that do not believe in Redemption or AFV. I have used it and have been successful for the most part, especially with the IRS, although I am in a foreclosure situation now after tendering a BOE for our home. I will say we are still in our home after 15 months with no payments.

I have issued a Letter Rogatory with accompanying Affidavit to all parties at interest regarding the foreclosure. I have also recorded a Silver Bond that I will use in the event the Letter Rogatory is ignored and we are forced into court. The process for the Silver Bond was introduced to me by Barton Buhtz. I spoke with Barton about the Silver Bond and what one on this site said about the process being no good. Someone on another thread said that a Walter Chek invented the Silver Bond and I was told by Barton that was not true. He also said that he did not know how Walter was using it but that he and Winston Shrout and others had perfected it and it is being used successfully a few different states. I will be testing the process here myself.

Keep studying and educating yourself. I have been in the movement now for over 12 years and I am still learning. I have only been doing Redemption and the UCC now for about 2 years myself. I have some good teachers.

If not FRN's, then what?

I am curious about something (aren't we all?). My Bank sends me a monthly statement for my mortgage note. On the statement it shows the amount owed for the month and also the balance left on the account. Both amounts are preceeded by a $ sign. I remember reading in a post, when you receive a bill from the IRS it never has a $ in front of the amount because dollars cannot be asked for as there are none, just FRN's. My promissory note does not mention repayment in dollars just a monthly amount (ex. XXX.XX) Can my bank legaly ask for dollars on my statement or should I question them as to how I can repay them dollars when there are none? Should I ask them what it is they are alluding to in the promissory note when they fail to specify a form of repayment?

Thanks to all who participate in this site.

Read your contract carefully... definitions of certain terms may lead you to a new discovery.

Critically read HJR 192 also.
