CRA issue (actually, 3 issues)

Greetings,
I have several issues I need help with. As usual, time is of the essence, and I am muddled, despite a LOT of reading. Sigh.
First, WHO am I? I hate to admit I don't know who I am, but that is such a key point that I thought I had better be up front about it. I have filed my UCC1, (thanks to Sui Juris help!!!). I can see various arguments for writing as the STRAWMAN, the living soul, the POA or fiduciary agent for the STRAWMAN, and so forth, but how do you sort through all of this and respond to the evil ones with the right info in a timely fashion? I wrote the CRA's and asked them to provide me with certified evidence that the claims on my current credit report are valid. TRANSUNION sent me a report, EXPERIAN demanded money to provide a report, and the third did nothing, (no response).
So, I have drafted a letter to them reiterating my request that they send me certified evidence that the claims are valid, or that they delete them.... ... does that seem reasonable? If you ave other suggestions I would appreciate hearing them.
Also, if I engage the companies that put those claims on my report, I will probably have to go to court and fight, and I am not yet up to speed for that. It would be nice to prepare before I go in. Is there a specific book on this site you recommend to deal with this process? (Credit repair)? something that has ALL the steps, (even though there are proabbly variations).
Lastly, I wonder if you might explain the process of using a BOE. I have read the materials but I need a tutorial of some sort. I find some of the explanations confusing and (depending on which one I read) contradictory.
Thank you for all the help and answers. Blessings.

Tatsy,

I highly recommend you study first. What you are doing right now is equivalent to running on a treadmill in a foot race trying to get to the finish line.

Fighting them and learning as you go along could be costly and time consuming. It is evident that it appears you are trying to keep the vultures at bay while you figure this thing out. Not a good idea but I admire your gumption and courage!

Read, read, read and understand. You will find most of your answers by reading the history of the subject in question. For example, the history of the term "STRAWMAN". Or the history of the Federal Reserve or the banking system of the United States when it was first created.

You'll Find that Abraham Lincoln was not really a hero, but Andrew Jackson was (IMHO). You may also come to find that Alexander Hamilton was probably the ultimate traitor to this nation and Thomas Jefferson was before his time.

There is a slew of things that are interconnected in history that have culminated and attributed to your current position today.

I do not wish to sound as if I am talking down to you...this is not my intention. i'm merely pointing you in the direction that would answer your questions that you posted above.

have fun waking up.
