Unhappy Anyone Have A Trust Or Corporation?

To All That Can Help,

Can someone lend me a hand? I want to file some criminal under a corporation or a trust, but I don't have the money for it. Can someone help me out on this? Does anyone have an "abandon" corporation or trust?

Thanks,
Phil

Rushpat, is this stuff for real??? seems I read else where here that this N.M. LLC thing is marginal at protecting your assets? Not trying to be confrontational just had some questions... thanks for any info!

WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Creating a trust takes making a trust declaration. Then its done. You could get it notarized or witnessed and even file it with a county recorder if you wanted. You could even get an EIN for it. =D

I got no "dust" (from the supposed "provider"). So, could I act as a "trustee" if you didn't mind? RushPat, it would be for recording use ONLY. But, I have another question. Could I write an affidavit that, I was "creating money" and if gone unrebutted I could place first claim it, file under UCC, and/or get a judgement against it? Could I get a judgement and "sell" the judgement for "value"?

At The Foot Of The Infinity,
Phil
