You also really have to watch these scavengers the lawyers themselves sign the ceritified copy many times and they are the third party debt collector. FYI

faithchris,

Then that is okay too since it is a felony to perjure yourself. But Ice always states that, most of the time they will not enter any evidence in the record.

And if they are a debt collector, they can't purchase evidence as that is a felony too.

Jerseee:

As an off-topic question, why do you notarize the CPN instead of using two witnesses?

The notary can't witness the STRAWMAN'S signature.

Keep up the good posts.

The notary is equivalent to two witnesses.

Also the notary is a public official.

As far as the STRAWMAN is concerned, it is just that fiction. the flesh and blood man is indemnified and it would not really matter about the notary recognizing the difference--the important thing is that the statements are factual.

Jerseee:

I'll have to side with JHD and disagree with you on the notary thing and use it in its original (CTC3) form. Either way, I'm looking forward to using it in my foreclosure case.

logos,

That is the beauty of freedom to agree or disagree. And I would never go against some of the things JHD preaches but, JHD has taught me to use what will work for me. And ever since, I have had zero problems with creditors. Now I have modified some things that JHD speaks of and using a notary is one of them. A Notary is a very powerful ally to have. Probably more powerful than just 2 witnesses.

If you know the power of a notary--you would probably reconsider but in any event, good luck and I want to see a Success Story please.

I also use a notary. It's one of "their" guys that witnesses my signature.

The original promissory note used 2 witness instead of a notary, and that doc was legit, so I should be able to as well. However, I'll probably end up having to show one in court, so I'll probably use a notary on it. I think it would go over better. I can see them giving me grief over the witness signatures and suggesting I forged them, or them subpoening the witnesses or some other B.S. For such reasons, you have the right idea Jerseee. Thanks.
